Frequently Asked Questions
What can I expect from a healing session?
Each individual is constituted differently and therefore, responds to energy work differently. Some common experiences are a feeling of lightness in their body as if a weight has been lifted; an experience of more clarity and direction with regard to personal issues in their life; a more positive outlook on their life; greater sense of themselves as spiritual beings. As you work with your energy more and more, you may find that you become much more sensitive to detecting your energy versus someone else’s energy in your energy field. It is akin to entraining and exercising your energetic muscles. It takes practice and commitment. Having an energy healing session helps you to clear out old energy blocks in the body and allows for more of your own life force to flow.
How long does it take for deep-seated issues to be healed?
Each individual is created differently, so the answer varies from person to person. For some people, the issues immediately resolve and they find they don’t struggle with that issue any longer. Then for other people, there may be issues that take more work for resolution to be reached. For each person coming into a healing session, the most important aspect of the work is their openness, intention and commitment to their own healing. The more receptive and committed to one’s own healing, the more they will get out of it. I work with individuals to clear out energy blocks within their body and I guide the individual in identifying what the origin of these blocks are and how to prevent them from returning.
Who are the best candidates for energy healing?
Anyone who is open to change in their lives and ready to take the next steps in their growth. Energy healing is one of the most effective and most profound therapies I have worked with both personally and professionally. It has changed many people’s lives and anyone who is receptive and committed to their own healing can benefit.
How often should I receive energy work?
This is a question that I am asked often by people I have worked with. The best answer is for each person to check in with themselves as to what their inner voice and intuitive self is telling them about the frequency of sessions. I tell individuals I have worked with to trust themselves and their intuition as to what they feel their body and system needs. I work with individuals on an ongoing, weekly basis, as well as individuals who see me every other week or even once a month. It is all up to what the individual feels he needs for himself.
Thich Nhat Hanh : “Breathing in, I calm my body. Breathing out, I smile.
Dwelling in the present moment, I know this is a wonderful moment.”
