Spiritual Medicine for Healing

A time has come for us to examine the life that we are living. Is the life that we are living reflective of our deepest and highest values and ideals? The life we live is too short to not live it fully in the moment as much as we can. It is too short to not speak from our Truth and live in full honor and reverence for who we truly are. We are sacred and holy beings. This is our birthright and it is what we are born from. It is the true nature of our Soul and now is the time to claim this Truth.

My message to you is to claim this life that you live with both hands and with passion in your heart. If there is a part of your life which keeps you from loving yourself fully, your Soul knows this and carries the memory of this within you. Free your heart and mind and soul by making right what needs to be set right. If there is something that you have always wanted to share with someone in your life, be courageous and speak what needs to be said. If fear has kept you from coming out of hiding and being fully yourself, trust and love all that you are and believe that others will do the same. Being true to who you are will transform, and free you from the burden of guilt, fear or shame and from within you, a new consciousness is born. If your mind traps you and generates thoughts of judgment or darkness, fill your mind with the antidote to all darkness: Love. Chant, pray, say affirmations or sit in stillness, but return always to the Light. For the longer one dwells in darkness, the more they may mistake the darkness for who they truly are.

We are not here for personal victory or authority. We are here to remember, live and share the greatest Love from the Source of all Life. The guidance tells us to give over of our life again and again and surrender our ego to the Source of all. This is the truest way to die to the ego and return Home within. The time we are in right now has been prophesied by sages, masters and teachers from many indigenous cultures to be one in which humanity will unite in harmony and shift in consciousness. This shift will require all of us to be accountable for the energy we generate individually and the energy we contribute to the collective. Return home to that which is reverent and holy in your life, the place in your heart that is at peace. Then once you have arrived there, let all else go, for it only distracts you from the Truth.
