 Light and Matter

Life works in mysterious ways. The mystical path of this life's journey enables us to learn how to transform who we think we are as personalities and identities into the Light beings and energetic spiritual beings that we are. If every aspect holds its opposite, then within our physical material experience of ourselves and our world is held its opposite aspect of Light and Energy. The transformation of any density in our body, mind and spirit, whether it be in our thoughts and beliefs, emotions, results in the expansiveness, spaciousness and acceptance  of the Light that we already hold within our being.

Our Light and Spirit is engrained in everything we do in this world. The process of transformation of our Being is as simple as refocusing our awareness to this aspect of ourselves. Wherever we place our energy and awareness, that is what gets amplified in our consciousness and in our being.  When we close our heart and mind to experiences that are painful, either through avoidance or aversion, we solidify the density of that energy in our body, heart and mind. If we can keep our hearts open and accepting of the experiences of fear, pain and even grasping, as we breathe through them with loving detachment, we allow the energy to move and pass through us. In this way, we are being supple like the trees as the winds blow through them. The energy is flowing and moving rather than being blocked and held in our system by our reaction to it.

The Universe unconditionally loves us by following our lead. As part of the universal laws of energy, whatever we carry within us and reflect out into the world, this is what comes back to us: the law of Karma.  If we energetically reflect that there is something that we don't want to deal with or don't want to look at within ourselves or others, the Universe and our Higher Selves will provide that exact experience as the teaching that is ready to be integrated. If we hold something at bay, or avoid it, that energy is out of balance. All energies seek balance and are looking to be integrated by us. As such, that particular lesson or teaching will continue to arise until we have sat with and befriended the fear or experience that we most want to avoid.

Energy healing work is about strengthening and activating one's own light body and energy field to heal the body, mind and spirit. We are now in a time when the higher forces and vibrational frequencies are strong enough and high enough in order that Light over Matter is more easily available and accessible by all. There are forces of Light Beings, both planetary and outer planetary that are here to assist us in this awakening and opening within ourselves. The more that you are able to engage with yourself as a Light Being and the more that you accept and befriend one's own fears and shadow, the more easily and smoothly dense energies roll off of you and through you.

The Observer
The following is an exercise that can help with relating to yourself as Light and consciousness. It is a simple exercise of re-focusing one's awareness inward to one's own consciousness.

Easily and gently close your eyes and let the eyes relax. Feel your belly rise and fall as you breathe in and out. Do this for several breaths until you feel completely relaxed. Next, consciously think of a recent situation in which you were engaged with another person. As you remember the experience with the other person, notice how you feel about the other person, about the topic being discussed. Notice the thoughts that are going through your mind. Allow yourself to fully be in the experience with the other person.

Next, bring your awareness to the part of you that is the observer watching and experiencing you talking with this other person. You can do this by disengaging or detaching from the scene of you talking with the other person, to instead you the observer. Feel and experience the scene of you talking with the other person getting smaller in your awareness and consciousness, as you the observer grows larger. The observer in all of your life experiences is you, the consciousness. So, now, as the scene fades away and you are fully aware of you the consciousness, who observes all that you experience, feel that consciousness grow in volume as Light within you and all around you. If your mind begins to wander, just bring your awareness back to the observer.

Krishnamurti would often ask in his teachings "Who are you?" "Who is the seer?" Allow you, the consciousness to expand as you sit with it often in silence. The Buddhists would often spend their meditative hours just being with this essence of themselves. As thought or feeling arise, still stay seated here within the center of your own consciousness. Notice and observe the thoughts and arise and when you feel yourself magnetized or pulled into the story (like you did with you talking with the other person), then easily and kindly without judgment, refocus your awareness back to you the observer, you the consciousness. This truly is one of the best gifts you can give to yourself, as it will cultivate in you the true Light Being and Soul that you are.

Much love to you on your journey,

Denise
