Policies and Disclaimer

Confidentiality: All information disclosed within intuitive sessions and the written records pertaining to these sessions are confidential and may not be revealed to anyone without your written permission. In situations where there is reasonable suspicion of abuse or where a client presents a danger to himself or others, I will discuss with you my ethical obligation to report this to the appropriate authorities. After discussing it with you, I will need to proceed and report my concerns to the appropriate agency.

Energy Healing Disclaimer: As an Intuitive, I make no claims regarding the treatment or cures of any conditions or diseases and I may or may not facilitate the healing process. All individuals interact and respond differently to energy work and there is no general prescription for all individuals. I recommend you always consult your physician for diagnosis and treatment for any ailment which causes you distress. If you are on medication and under a physician's care, I recommend you inform your physician that you are receiving energy healing work.

Telephone and Emergency Procedures: If you are an existing client and need to contact me between sessions, please call 415-794-2882 or 1-877-435-5983 and leave a voicemail message. I will call you back and am happy to spend 5-10 minutes on the phone with you. Any phone conversation that exceeds 10 minutes is considered a healing session and will be charged as such. In an emergency if you are not able to reach me by phone, please call your local crisis hotline number or 911.

Payment: Clients are expected to pay the standard fee per 60-minute session at the beginning of each session for face-to-face sessions or received by me (either in my PayPal account or by check) prior to the session for phone sessions unless other arrangements have been made. I reserve the right to refuse services to any client who does not honor my office policy regarding payment.

Cancellation: Since the scheduling of an appointment involves the reservation of time specifically for you, a 48-hour advance notice is required for canceling an appointment. Unless we reach a different agreement, the full fee will be charged for sessions missed without such notification.
