Teaching Philosophy
I feel very grateful to be doing the healing and spiritual work that I have been blessed with and I offer this work in humility to those individuals ready to receive. As part of the foundation from which I work, I bring what I personally have found helpful and useful in my own spiritual practice to my private practice with individuals. I teach only that which I have personally experienced or explored. With that said, new information and wisdom are born in each moment and the process of interaction and discovery with each of my clients will elicit what is needed in the moment.
My teaching style encourages self-trust, self-dialogue, inner reflection and internal validation of one’s own experience. I offer guidance, encouragement and new ways of exploring one’s inner experience. My classes and workshops offer the space to explore, question, stretch and access parts of their own knowing and awareness that they may not have explored before. This, to me, is the most important aspect of learning: trusting your own intuitive knowing and experience in discovering your personal Truth.
I invite each individual I work with to dwell with me in the realm of "Infinite Possibility" as we discover the limitless expanse beyond our current awareness to access deep wisdom and healing.
