Starting Saturday, September 20, 2008, I will be offering a 6-week Awakening the Heart and Embodying Spirit class series in Marin. The class will assist individuals in deepening their intuitive awareness through body awareness, quieting the mind, and heart based communication. The 6-week class series will explore such topics as:
- The Nature of Spirit
- Returning to the Mother Heart
- Life As a Vehicle to Embodiment of Spirit Now
- The Shadow and All of its Teachings
- The Spirit of our Ancestral Heritage
- Healing our Relationship to our Body
 

The class will assist students in learning through the use of ritual, group sharing and exploration, and application. The class will be held from 9am -11:30am and will consist of no more than 10 students per class. The cost for the 6-week class series is $300 per person.
